Running the revenue cadence on RevTech
Monday, the forecast call, the 1:1, the pipeline review, the customer review and the QBR: the reports each meeting runs from, and the decision it must end on.
Who this is for
Sales managers, revenue leaders, CS leaders and RevOps: whoever runs or prepares a recurring revenue meeting. It assumes your team already holds these meetings and covers running each one from the reports in RevTech, so the meeting is spent deciding rather than assembling. Each lesson ends on the decision its meeting owes: an action, a play, a coaching step or a target change.
It is the practical half of the GTM operating cadence concept page. Read that first for the argument; this track is the week, the month and the quarter.

What you will be able to do
- Open the week from the Weekly Change Log, Deal Risk and Slippage & Aging, and leave Monday with an owner and a next step on every flagged deal.
- Run the forecast call from Gap to Target and Forecast by rep, and end it with a committed number and a plan for the gap.
- Prepare a 1:1 from Rep Benchmarks and the rep's own page, and agree one coaching focus with a number to check.
- Read New Pipeline Created, Pipeline Source and Marketing KPIs against the pipeline you need, and decide which campaigns and plays to keep, start or stop.
- Run the customer review from Renewal Calendar, Customer Health and Retention, with an owner and a start date on every at-risk renewal.
- Build the quarterly read from Trends, Top Accounts, Bookings and Recurring Revenue, and use RevPlay Portfolio to decide which motions to keep.
- State each report's production limits in the meeting, so nobody decides on a number the platform does not measure yet.

The weekly rhythm
Monday, the forecast call and the 1:1. Three meetings, the reports each one is run from, and the decision each one owes the week.
The monthly and quarterly rhythm
Pipeline generation, the customer review and the QBR. The meetings that decide what the next quarter is built from.
