6. AI, agentic processing and Output rights

6.1 Processing to provide customer-directed functions

To provide an AI feature, RevTech may send a user’s Input and the customer context reasonably needed for the task to an approved model provider or other subprocessor. The resulting Output may be returned to the user, stored in the workspace, used in a configured workflow or written to a connected system, depending on customer instructions and permissions.

6.2 RevTech’s continuing licence to Outputs

Our customer Terms grant RevTech a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, display, perform, analyze, commercialize and otherwise exploit Outputs for lawful business purposes. These purposes may include operating and improving the Services, evaluating quality and safety, creating benchmarks, developing new products and training or fine-tuning AI systems.

That licence does not displace privacy, confidentiality or data-protection obligations. RevTech will not publicly disclose an Output in a manner that identifies a customer or individual, reveals Customer Confidential Information, or violates applicable law. Where an Output contains personal information or Customer Data, our use remains subject to the applicable Terms, Data Processing Addendum, deletion requirements and customer instructions. Provider retention, safety-review and processing locations may differ by feature. Material differences are disclosed through our subprocessor information, product documentation or administrator notices.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and maintain appropriate business and security records. Retention periods vary by data category, customer configuration, plan, legal requirements and backup lifecycle.
