Self-service signup opens in September, starting with HubSpot

HubSpot connects directly, so HubSpot teams will be able to sign up, onboard, and put agents to work without us in the room. Salesforce and other CRMs run through a guided implementation with our team — which is how every account starts today.

Billing

No surprises on the invoice

What you are agreeing to when you start on Starter, in plain terms.

Billed monthly, month to month

Starter bills every month for as long as you run it. There is no annual lock-in on it, no setup fee, and no separate platform fee on top of the credits.

Add credits when you need them

Credits list at $1 each, and you can add up to 10,000 on top of your monthly allowance in any billing period. Past that, we size an annual agreement around your volume instead.

Included credits are monthly

The 500 credits included with Starter cover that billing period and don't roll over. Credits you add on top stay available for 12 months while your subscription is active.

Cancel any time

Tell your account team and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then. No termination fee, no notice window.

Annual agreements are invoiced in advance and settle by card, bank transfer, or invoice. Talk to sales and we will size one around your volume.

Frequently asked questions

Starter begins at $499 per month for 500 credits, month to month. Talk to sales to get set up: we connect your CRM, configure your agents, and set your approval thresholds as part of onboarding. Above 500 credits a month, credits list at $1 each, and larger volumes are covered by an annual agreement priced to your commitment.
A credit is a unit of agentic runtime. It can cover model use, model routing, context assembly, tool calls, data processing, workflow orchestration, monitoring, logging, and human-review workflows. It is not a seat, a prompt, or a single AI response.
500 credits, the full agentic operating layer with no feature gates, guided onboarding including your CRM connection, and the governance, audit trail, and usage visibility that come with every RevTech environment. There is no separate platform fee and no seat licensing.
Talk to sales. That is the whole process. You tell us what your revenue organization looks like and where the repeatable work is piling up, we show you the agents that carry it, and if it fits we connect your CRM, configure your agents, and set your permissions and approval thresholds with you. Guided onboarding is included, not a services line item. Self-service signup opens in September, starting with HubSpot.
Add more, at $1 per credit. You can add up to 10,000 credits on top of your allowance in any billing period. Beyond that, or whenever you would rather commit to a volume and pay less per credit, we move you to an annual agreement.
Starter bills monthly by card, set up with your account team when you start. Annual agreements are invoiced in advance and can be paid by card, bank transfer, ACH, or wire.
The 500 credits included with Starter cover that billing period and don't carry forward. Credits you purchase on top remain available for 12 months, and are spendable while your subscription is active. On an annual agreement, credits are granted per contract year and expire at the end of that year unless your agreement says otherwise.
Yes, any time. Tell your account team and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, with full access until then. There is no termination fee and no notice window.
Purchased credits are non-refundable once any part of the purchase has been consumed. An unused duplicate or mistaken purchase can be reversed, so contact us and we will sort it out.
Yes. The effective credit rate comes down as the committed monthly volume goes up. The exact rate is set in your agreement, which is why this page gives a starting price rather than a quote.
No. Simple work may use a fraction of a credit. Complex research, planning, or multi-step workflows may use several. Consumption depends on the context, models, data, tools, and orchestration required.
Seat count does not reflect how much agentic work an organization runs. Consumption pricing aligns cost to the work agents perform, not the number of people who can log in.
Not yet. Self-service signup opens in September, starting with HubSpot: HubSpot connects directly, so those teams will be able to sign up and onboard themselves. Salesforce and other CRMs go through a guided implementation with our team, because enterprise Salesforce orgs carry real complexity in objects, profiles, and sharing rules. Either way the price is the same — nothing costs more for having a person on the other end of it.
No. Starter is the entry point and it is the full product, with no tiers to move between and no features held back. You either add credits to it or move to an annual agreement.
Yes, and most teams do. Starter is designed to establish real usage patterns first. Once you know what your agents actually consume, an annual commitment stabilizes billing without forcing you to guess your workload on day one. Your organization, users, integrations, and configuration carry over, so nothing is rebuilt.
General product support is included at every volume. Setup, advisory, Salesforce implementation, workflow design, enablement, rollout support, and ongoing services beyond product support are scoped and quoted separately.
