How to use this page

RevTech has 33 reports, all under Reporting, in eight categories: Programs, Forecast, Performance, Pipeline, Planning, Team, Customers and Marketing. This page lists every one by category. For each it gives the question it answers, the meeting or cadence it belongs in, the permission it needs, named as it appears in the role editor, and which Home layouts include it.

Home shows five reports per persona. Where a report is a fallback, shown only when one of that persona's own five is unavailable, the entry says so. The twelve reports added in October each have a Take Tour in the help beside their title. None of these reports is meant to be read for its own sake. Each one is there to start a decision, and the guides for each family say which.

Part 2 of 10

Programs

The two RevPlay reports. Both need RevPlays to be turned on for your workspace, which it is by default.

  • RevPlay Impact — which plays are moving the KPIs you care about? Monthly RevPlay review. Needs View RevPlays. On Home only as a fallback, for Marketing and Marketing manager
  • RevPlay Portfolio — what is every play doing: status, enrollment, actions completed and pending, and how enrollments ended? Weekly or monthly play review. Needs View RevPlays. On Home only as a fallback, for Customer success, CS manager and RevOps
Part 3 of 10

Forecast

The weekly forecast call's reports. All of them take the Team filter except Weekly Change Log, which is company-wide.

  • Forecast — will we hit the number this quarter, and who is on pace? The weekly forecast call. Needs View Forecasting. On Home for Sales, Sales manager, RevOps and Executive
  • Pipeline Coverage — which deals stand behind the commit, and is there enough pipeline left? The forecast call, after Forecast. Needs View Forecasting. On Home only as a fallback, for Sales, Sales manager, RevOps and Executive
  • Renewals — how much of the number is renewals, and how much of it is at risk? The forecast call, for the CS half. Needs View Forecasting. On Home for CS manager, and as a fallback for Customer success
  • Weekly Change Log — what changed on deals this week: amounts, close dates, stages and forecast categories? The Monday pipeline review and the start of the forecast call. Needs View Pipeline. On Home for Sales manager and RevOps
  • Gap to Target — how far is the quarter from target, and what is still open to close it? The opening frame of the forecast call. Needs View Forecasting. On Home for Sales manager and RevOps, and as a fallback for Executive
Part 4 of 10

Performance

How the business is doing against its targets now, and how this year compares with last.

  • KPIs — is the company, a team or each person on target for every KPI that has one? The weekly or monthly business review. Needs Use Analyst. On Home for Executive
  • Quarter & Year Trends — how does each quarter compare with the same quarter last year? The QBR and the board pack. Needs View Forecasting. On Home for Sales, and as a fallback for Executive
Part 5 of 10

Pipeline

The largest category: where pipeline comes from, how it moves, how it closes and which deals need attention. All need View Pipeline except My Pipeline, which needs View Deals.

  • Pipeline Source — which channels produce pipeline that wins? The monthly RevOps and marketing review. Needs View Pipeline. On Home for Marketing and Marketing manager
  • Pipeline Movement — what was added, pushed, pulled in, won and lost this period? The weekly pipeline review. Needs View Pipeline. On Home only as a fallback, for Sales manager and RevOps
  • Won Deals — what did we win, at what win rate and cycle? The weekly review and the monthly win-loss read. Needs View Pipeline. On Home only as a fallback, for Sales, Marketing and Marketing manager
  • Lost Deals — what did we lose, and why? The weekly review and the monthly win-loss read. Needs View Pipeline. On Home only as a fallback, for Sales
  • Pipeline Hygiene — how many records break each of our Sales Process rules? The weekly RevOps review. Needs View Pipeline and View AI Agents, both. On Home for RevOps
  • Slippage & Aging — which deals keep getting pushed, and which are sitting in their stage? The weekly pipeline review and 1:1s. Needs View Pipeline. On Home for Sales and RevOps, and as a fallback for Sales manager
  • New Pipeline Created — how much pipeline was created this period, by week and by owner? The monthly marketing and pipeline-generation review. Needs View Pipeline. On Home for Marketing and Marketing manager
  • Deal Risk — which open deals have gone dark, are single-threaded, have slipped or are past due? The Monday pipeline review. Needs View Pipeline. On Home for Sales manager, and as a fallback for Sales and RevOps
  • My Pipeline — are my own deals current before the forecast call? A seller's weekly update. Needs View Deals, and Edit Deals to change them. On Home for Sales
Part 6 of 10

Planning

The plan against the year. These depend on Planning being turned on for your workspace, which it is by default. Revenue and Recurring Revenue each have their own setting, so a workspace can show Bookings without them.

  • Bookings — are bookings on track against plan for the year? The monthly business review. Needs View Planning. On Home for Executive
  • Revenue — is revenue on track against plan? Finance's review. It mirrors Bookings until a revenue-recognition source is connected. Needs View Planning. Not on any Home layout
  • Revenue by Segment — which segments carry the plan, and how much revenue is segmented at all? The monthly review and the QBR. Needs View Segments. On Home only as a fallback, for Executive
  • Recurring Revenue — how did ARR move, and how concentrated is it? The board pack and the QBR. Needs View Planning. On Home for Executive, and as a fallback for Customer success and CS manager
Part 7 of 10

Team

One row per person, built for the weekly 1:1. All three need View Team.

  • Sales Team — who is on pace this period, with attainment, commit, upside and pipeline per rep? Weekly sales 1:1s. Needs View Team. On Home only as a fallback, for Sales manager
  • CS Team — how is each CSM's renewal and expansion book doing? Weekly CS 1:1s. Needs View Team. On Home for CS manager
  • Rep Benchmarks — how do reps compare on attainment, win rate, deal size and pipeline? 1:1 preparation. Needs View Team. On Home for Sales and Sales manager
Part 8 of 10

Customers

The customer book. Retention can be switched off for a workspace and is on by default.

  • Retention — how much revenue did we keep, and how much is at risk? The monthly CS review and the QBR. Needs View Accounts. On Home for Customer success, CS manager and Executive
  • Expansion — how much did existing customers grow, and in which segments? The monthly CS review. Needs View Accounts. On Home for Customer success and CS manager
  • Customer Health — which customers need attention today? The CSM's daily and weekly read. Needs View Accounts. On Home for Customer success and CS manager
  • Renewal Calendar — what renews, and when? The CSM's daily surface. Needs View Deals. On Home for Customer success, and as a fallback for CS manager
  • Top Accounts — how dependent are we on our largest accounts? The QBR and account planning. Needs View Accounts. On Home for Customer success, and as a fallback for CS manager
Part 9 of 10

Marketing

Marketing's contribution. Marketing KPIs and Campaigns depend on Campaigns being turned on for your workspace, and Lead Flow Performance on AI Lead Management. Both are on by default.

  • Marketing KPIs — what did marketing source and influence against plan? The monthly marketing review. Needs View Marketing. On Home for Marketing and Marketing manager
  • Campaigns — which programs and campaigns are on target? The monthly marketing review. Needs View Marketing. On Home for Marketing and Marketing manager
  • Lead Flow Performance — how is each lead flow converting, and where do leads stall? The weekly marketing and sales handoff. Needs View Marketing. On Home for Marketing and Marketing manager

When a report is not there

If a report is missing from your Reporting page, there are two possible reasons. Either your role does not hold its permission, or your workspace has that report family turned off. Ten reports depend on a workspace setting: the two RevPlay reports, the four Planning reports, Retention, and the three Marketing reports. All are on by default.

For permissions, the role editor answers it directly. In Admin, open the Roles & permissions card: each permission lists the reports it opens, and the top of a role lists every report that role can open, grouped by category. That is the quickest answer to "why can't my manager see Deal Risk?": Deal Risk needs View Pipeline. Home follows the same rules, so a report your role cannot open never appears in your preview toggle. The persona's next report takes its place.

What to take away

  • Pick a report by the question you need answered and the meeting it is for, not by its name.
  • The permission names here are the ones on Admin's Roles & permissions card, and the role editor lists every report a permission opens.
  • A report missing from your Reporting page is a permission or a workspace setting, not a missing feature.
  • Every report should end in a move: an action, a play, a coaching step or a target change.
