Getting help inside RevTech
Every page explains itself, offers a guided tour and links to the guide that teaches it. When that is not enough, the support form reaches the RevTech team.
The (i) beside every page title
Every page in RevTech has an information icon beside its title. Hover it, tap it or reach it with the keyboard, and it opens a short note on what the page shows and how to work it. Under the note are up to two buttons and a link.
Take Tour starts a guided tour of the page you are on, a few steps that point at the controls that matter and say what to do with each. Enablement opens the guide on this site written for that page, in a new tab. "Still stuck? Contact support" opens the support form.
Guided tours
Tours are short by design: each step names one thing to do, and the last step hands you somewhere to go next rather than a summary. They only show the steps your role can act on, so two people can see different versions of the same tour. Where a page has nothing to show yet, the step says what will appear and how to get it there.
On a tablet or desktop, Revy and the Jets may appear during a tour and when you finish one. They never carry an instruction and never cover the tour's own words. Switch them off with Celebrations in the account menu. Take the tour, in the same menu, replays the welcome tour for your role.
Enablement, and when to read it
A tour shows you where things are. The guide behind the Enablement button explains how to work the page in a real week: which question it answers, the order to read it in, and what decision it should end in. Read it once when you start using a page seriously, and again when a page you know has changed.
Enablement, in the account menu, opens the whole library. "Start by role" on the library's front page gives each role a three-page path from Home to the job that role does most.
The Voice Agent for questions about your data
When the question is about your accounts, deals or pipeline rather than about the screen, ask the Voice Agent. It answers from your CRM, shows any change before it is applied, and can take you to the page that holds the answer.
Contacting support
Support, at the foot of the sidebar, is a single form that reaches the RevTech team, who follow up by email. Your name, reply email and company are filled in for you. Pick what you need help with, write a short summary and the details, agree to the support privacy notice and send it. You see "Request sent" when it has gone; if the connection drops before RevTech confirms, the button offers to send it again rather than leaving you guessing.
Some pages open the same form already filled in: Talk to Sales on Buy Credits, and Salesforce setup on the Integrations card. There is no separate email address; the form is the route, so requests are tracked.

What to put in a request
Say what you were trying to do, the page you were on and what happened instead. For an agent result, name the account or record so the team can find the run. Leave out passwords, payment details, customer records and sensitive security evidence; the team arranges private follow-up when it needs more.
What to take away
- Start with the (i) beside the page title. It says what the page is for and what to do on it.
- Take Tour walks the page you are on. Enablement opens the guide written for it.
- Ask the Voice Agent when the question is about your data, not about the screen.
- Support is one form. Pick the topic that fits, and leave out passwords and customer records.
