7 years on one hard problem.
We have been working on this since 2019. Not because it took that long to build a product, but because getting agents to do real revenue work — safely, inside someone else's CRM, to a standard an operator would sign off — is a genuinely hard problem, and the people solving it had to have done the job first.
The constraint on revenue was never ambition. It was capacity: how many hours a team has to do the work that revenue actually requires. Here is the problem we kept seeing inside revenue organizations, and why we think a managed service, not another tool, is the answer.
Our mission.
Make the entire GTM organization AI-native.
GTM teams have more software, data, and signals than ever. People still carry the work between systems, teams, and decisions, and most AI products hand them one more thing to configure and maintain.
RevTech takes that work off the org chart. We run the agents that do the repeatable execution. Your people keep judgment, outcomes, and the customer relationship.
The future of GTM is not people operating more AI tools. It is agents doing the repeatable work, run by someone else, while people manage the last mile.
What we are building.
A managed service for the full GTM organization, not another tool for one task or team.
The founding team
Three people, one argument.
RevTech needs the algorithms to work, the product to hold them, and someone who has actually lived the revenue problem they solve. That is the whole team.
Colin Brown
CEO and co-founder
- VP of Revenue Operations at DDN
- CMO and RevOps lead at CIQ, Revelate and Atheer
- Governed revenue operations across $1B+ in annual revenue
Has run revenue operations from the inside for over a decade — VP of Revenue Operations at DDN today, and CMO or RevOps lead at CIQ, Revelate and Atheer before that. The idea for RevTech came from doing the job: the work that scales with headcount is knowable, repeatable, and almost never the work anyone was hired to do. Colin sets what RevTech runs and holds it to the standard an operator would.
ProfileCarl Bateson
CTO and co-founder
- Advanced Threat Security engineering at Cisco
- Built zero-trust, tenant-isolated infrastructure for health data at NACBio
- Chief Software Architect at Six Factor; founder and fractional CTO at Rubicon9
Has spent a decade on the parts of a system that have to be right: Advanced Threat Security at Cisco, then zero-trust infrastructure isolating personal health data at NACBio. That is the same shape of problem RevTech has — agents acting inside someone else’s CRM, under permissions that hold. If an agent can be governed, it is because Carl built the place to govern it.
ProfileWilliam Hall
Chief Scientific Officer and co-founder
- Health economist at Vancouver Coastal Health for eight years
- Priority setting and resource allocation research at the Centre for Hip Health and Mobility
- Modelled resource allocation across hundreds of millions in healthcare spending
Will owns how agent output is evaluated — whether the work is actually any good — and the economics under what RevTech claims to be worth. He is a health economist by training, eight years of it at Vancouver Coastal Health, in a field whose whole subject is deciding where finite resources should go and proving afterwards that the decision held. That is the difference between a system that is impressive in a demo and one you can point at a real book of business.
